Qualifications

• Active USRN license from any mainland US state.
• 2–3 years of Utilization Management experience in BPO/CPO.
• At least 1 year of people-management or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and UM processes.
• Proven ability to coach and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a healthcare operations team in a non-voice environment.
• Coach, guide, and support team members to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across El Paso & Hartford accounts.
• Manage shifting schedules and ensure quality performance.
