Gratitude Philippines seeks an experienced USRN Program Manager to lead utilization management programs and optimize clinical operations across multiple sites. You will drive performance, apply UM expertise to complex decisions, and guide teams toward quality and service objectives.

This senior role combines USRN, UM, and leadership responsibilities with a temporary work-from-home setup and options for site work in BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark. ASAP hiring for 1 opening.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license — any U.S. state.
• 2+ years of Utilization Management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 1+ year of recent clinical/hospital or related experience.
• Strong clinical subject-matter expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare programs and drive operational performance.
• Apply clinical and UM expertise to complex operational decisions.
• Guide teams toward quality, productivity, and service objectives.
• Provide clinical subject-matter expertise and operational direction.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
