Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced USRN Program Manager to lead Hartford Account operations from a program level. You will drive Utilization Management processes and coach a team of UM professionals while coordinating with clinical leaders.

The role requires an active USRN license, 2 years UM experience, and proven supervisory capabilities. This temporary work-from-home position offers shifting schedules and opportunities to impact patient outcomes across sites in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license — any US state accepted.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience.
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong clinical SME with ability to apply knowledge to results.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results.
