Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an Active USRN with Utilization Management and leadership experience to lead a healthcare operations team in a non-voice environment. The role combines clinical knowledge with people leadership to drive results.

Expect to coach and guide team members, maintain strong communication, and work on a shifting schedule across nationwide locations including BGC, Taguig; Cebu; Davao; Clark, Pampanga. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license from any mainland US state.
• 2–3 years of Utilization Management experience in BPO/CPO.
• At least 1 year of people-management or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and UM processes.
• Proven ability to coach and support teams.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Active USRN license — any mainland US state license accepted
• 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience
• At least 1 year of people-management or relevant leadership experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and Utilization Management processes
• Proven ability to coach, guide, and support team members
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a non-voice environment
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
