Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Urgent UM specialist to support US healthcare clients from the Philippines in a Temporary Work From Home setup. The role requires a valid USRN license and 2–3 years of UM experience in BPO, with at least 1 year in a people-management capacity. Shifting schedule and ASAP start are required.

Package is PHP 60,000 fixed per month, across all sites nationwide, with no negotiation. Work is remote, with multiple Philippine locations served.
