Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced USRN Team Leader with strong Utilization Management and people leadership to move beyond individual contributor work and lead healthcare operations.

You will lead Utilization Management teams, coach members, and drive performance while monitoring quality and productivity. The role requires shifting schedules and readiness to support site options across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license — any mainland U.S. state.
• 2–3+ years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.
• 1+ year of people-management, Team Lead, or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Utilization Management teams.
• Coach team members and drive performance.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and operational targets.
• Address escalations and support issue resolution.
