Qualifications
- Active PHRN and USRN license.
- At least 1 year of clinical or hospital experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.
- Strong preference for experience in UR/UM, Coding, Healthcare BPO or related fields.
- Ability to apply clinical knowledge to support operational goals and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet or exceed performance and service targets.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage team performance through feedback, coaching, and employee development.
- Ensure completion of projects and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and engaged work environment.
