TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a USRN Team Leader in Pasig to lead a dedicated USRN team onsite. You will supervise performance, allocate tasks, and ensure clinical documentation accuracy while upholding quality targets.

Ideal candidates hold a USRN license and recent leadership experience in BPO or hospital settings (ER/ICU). This role emphasizes team development, regular feedback, and adherence to project goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license in any state.
• BPO or hospital leadership experience recent (ER/ICU).

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of US Registered Nurses (USRNs), ensuring they meet performance standards and quality targets.
• Allocate daily tasks, set goals, and ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation reviews.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages open communication, learning, and team development.
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to ensure alignment with project goals and updates.
• Perform quality checks and audits on completed work to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance for corrective actions.
• Assist in the resolution of complex cases or discrepancies in clinical documentation by guiding the team through clarification processes or physician queries.
