Qualifications

• 2–3 years of clinical bedside experience (e.g., ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry).
• 1 year experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account.
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and U.S. medical terminology.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements, U.S. medical terminology, MCG/Milliman, InterQual
• Experience in training or clinical education
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, or training methodologies
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

The USR Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs for Customer Service Representatives (US-based support accounts). This role ensures that new hires and existing employees are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, communication skills, and process understanding to meet performance and service standards.

Required

• Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
• Minimum of 2–3 years clinical bedside experience (e.g., ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry).
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account (e.g., UM, CM, Triage, Appeals, Claims)
• Knowledge of MCG/Milliman, InterQual, clinical guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and U.S. medical terminology.
• Previous experience in training, or clinical education
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, or training methodologies.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
