Job summary

HRTX is seeking a US Registered Nurse (USRN) Team Lead in a BPO setting in Pasig, Philippines. The role supervises US RNs delivering high-quality clinical support and ensures compliance with HIPAA, client policies, and SLA standards.

You will oversee clinical processes such as utilization management, prior authorizations, appeals, and claims review, while monitoring team KPIs and providing coaching to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license from any state.
• Experience in ER and/or ICU (minimum 1 year).
• Leadership/supervisory background in clinical or BPO settings.
