Role Description

The Used Car Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Philippines. This role oversees day-to-day operations of pre-owned vehicle sales, including supervising sales staff, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring consistent implementation of sales processes. The supervisor manages vehicle display and pricing, reviews appraisals and trade-in offers, and supports the team in closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coaching and mentoring sales team members, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with other departments for inventory and documentation, and handling escalated customer concerns. The role also involves preparing regular sales reports, contributing to promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and general Sales, preferably in automotive or related industries.
• Knowledge of Sales Processes, including lead management, negotiation, closing techniques, and documentation.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead sales teams, including coaching, performance monitoring, and target setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple deals, tasks, and team needs.
• Basic proficiency in using sales or CRM systems and standard office software for reporting and record-keeping.
• Relevant experience in automotive retail or dealership operations; prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
