Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Usage Group Category Head (Installment) to strategize and lead usage campaigns for credit card programs in the Philippines. You will oversee merchant negotiations, partner management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to achieve billing targets.

In this senior role, you will own P&L, drive card usage and spend growth, and develop lifecycle campaigns. You will monitor campaigns with dashboards and provide coaching to Category Managers while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Must have 5–10 years of relevant experience in the credit card industry or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing large portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in driving card usage, spend growth, and customer engagement.
• Experience owning P&L, revenue targets, and usage KPIs.
• Track record of launching and scaling usage-led initiatives (rewards, offers, partnerships, lifecycle campaigns)

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time launch and seamless execution of usage programs, including merchant negotiations, internal approvals, and release of communications to cardholders.
• Establish and cultivate merchant partner relationships and negotiate relevant, compelling promos for the debit and credit cardholder base.
• Handles and resolves usage campaign or promo-related cases from cardholders, escalated by CCG or other channels.
• Monitors performance of each campaign through timely reports and dashboards and regularly update the Leaderboard.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Category Managers
