UnionBank is seeking a Product Head-Installment to lead the Credit Card Installment Products team in Quezon City. The role covers end-to-end product lifecycle, including origination, refinancing, and portfolio optimization, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management leading consumer lending or credit card products.
• Data‑driven, customer‑centric leader focused on NPS, adoption, and unit economics.
• Strong execution & influence, able to lead PMs and partner with tech, design, marketing, ops, and compliance.
• Deep fintech & regulatory exposure across credit cards, installments, payments, BNPL.
• Commercial, technical, and entrepreneurial mindset with API fluency and partner negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue targets for Credit Card Installment Loans.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive growth, value, and profitability.
• Monitor portfolio performance; identify levers to improve yield and cross-sell.
• Lead pricing, positioning, and campaign planning with Sales, Marketing, Analytics.
• Manage end-to-end installment loan lifecycle: origination, refinancing, portfolio optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal loan documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Tech, Operations, and Sales.
