Security Bank Corporation in the Philippines invites an experienced Product Head (Credit Cards) to align the cards product strategy with business goals, develop value propositions, grow the portfolio, and lead marketing from analysis to launch and evaluation.

You will mentor teams, oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, enhance rewards programs, and drive profitability and customer engagement across channels through data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven expertise in credit card product management or portfolio leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, customer insights, and profitability drivers.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, design, launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Track record of enhancing rewards programs and loyalty platforms.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
