Job summary

Valor Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to support US operations from the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source actively, and screen candidates to align with US time zones.

Responsibilities include maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews with US managers, and ensuring ATS accuracy for metrics and compliance. A night shift schedule is expected, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, US Operations or high-volume BPO.
• Willing to work fixed night shift to align with US time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable with US candidates and leadership.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social sourcing strategies.
• Familiar with ATS and standard tools (MS Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams).
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final interviews with US hiring managers.
• Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and local networks.
• Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to assess communication, culture fit, and alignment with US operations.
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline for high-volume or specialized roles.
• Assist in pre-employment steps and handover to onboarding team.
• Keep ATS updated to ensure accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.
