Job summary

Comrise in the Philippines seeks a RPO Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a US-based healthcare client. You will source, screen, and place candidates for US healthcare roles, working on a night shift aligned with US business hours in a fast-paced, client-facing RPO environment.

The 12-month project begins onsite for 6 months, then transitions to hybrid 3x/week onsite. Strong US healthcare recruitment experience and the ability to meet tight timelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of US healthcare recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and placing for US healthcare roles.
• Experience in an RPO, staffing, or agency recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US healthcare requisitions.
• Partner with client's hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates via job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across US time zones.
• Extend verbal offers and support negotiation per client guidelines.
