Job summary

ibex in the Philippines is seeking a recruitment professional to participate in all stages of the selection process, conduct Initial and Behavioral interviews, endorse and monitor applicants through the final interview, and coordinate program- and language-based assessments.

You will discuss job offers to selected candidates and endorse them to the training team, while collaborating with colleagues to meet daily staffing needs and maintain a 100% fill/completion rate.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with BPO or recruitment experience.
• Completed 2nd year in college; HR/Business Administration/PSY degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Strong written communication via email.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and behavioral interviews, endorse and monitor applicants through final interview.
• Onboard applicants to program-specific assessments and language assessments.
• Discuss job offers with selected applicants and coordinate with training team.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure daily business needs are met.
• Aim for 100% fill rate/completion rate for all applicants.
