Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. in Taguig (Hybrid) is seeking a Sr Payroll Accountant to manage journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts.

You will handle payroll GL interface questions, ensure accurate tax liabilities and wage reporting, and assist in quarter- and year-end processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 3–5 years of payroll accounting experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of recent experience in accounting and payroll fields.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; accuracy with numbers and multi-tasking.

Summary

Requirements

• Must possess a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

• Must have 3-5 years of recent experience in accounting and payroll fields

• Proven record of working with tight deadlines while maintaining high level of accuracy in a high-volume, fast paced environment

• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; accuracy with numbers, and efficiency in completing multiple tasks

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and have strong typing/data entry skills

• Knowledge of S2K GL, Showcase reporting, local, state, and federal payroll tax regulations helpful
