Assist clients with updates related to their SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG employer details. (e.g., update on signatories, password, contact details & address).
Conduct payroll audits for assigned clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and update books of accounts.
Prepare and organize accounting schedules.
Check and file accounting documents systematically.
Prepare financial statements and other required reports.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Prepare and file tax returns for assigned clients.
Assist in tax payment processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Maintain effective communication with assigned clients.
Coordinate with clients for clarifications, documentation, and requests.
Perform fieldwork as necessary to fulfill accounting and compliance requirements.
Maintain a monitoring system for assigned tasks.
Assist in coordinating with colleagues and clients for document preparation, mailing, and courier deliveries.
Provide support in other areas of accounting work as needed.
