POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Support professional to join our recruitment team on a contract basis and play an important role in supporting high-volume hiring within a fast-paced BPO environment.

You'll support the recruitment journey from candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination, pre-employment checks and recruitment administration, helping to ensure candidates move smoothly through the hiring process.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple hiring campaigns, stay on top of competing priorities and make a direct contribution to meeting recruitment targets and deadlines all while keeping candidate information accurate and up to date.

This is a temporary position based in San Fernando, Philippines, requiring flexibility to work shifts in line with business and operational requirements.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles within the BPO/call center environment.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate open days, recruitment drives, and other volume hiring initiatives.
  • Support recruitment administration alongside active hiring activities, ensuring documentation, trackers, and records are accurately maintained.
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including hires, declines, and candidate status updates.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening activities, including background and World-Check screenings.
  • Create, update, and maintain recruitment trackers, wage trackers, and reporting dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure recruitment systems and ATS records remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns and requisitions simultaneously while working toward hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates at various levels, from agent-level applicants to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with applicable labour legislation and company policies.
  • Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.

  • High School Diploma required.
  • An entry-level tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns, preferably within a BPO, call center, or similar environment.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HR systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining trackers, reports, and recruitment data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment administration while actively supporting hiring pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach when engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruitment records.
  • Flexibility to work shifts in line with business and recruitment requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
