Job summary

COMRISE Japan is seeking a US Healthcare Recruiter for UP Technohub, Quezon City. The role is a 12-month contract with on-site work for 6 months and hybrid thereafter, supporting US client demands in healthcare staffing.

You will manage end-to-end US healthcare recruitment, including travelers, doctors and allied health roles, with a background in RPO/agency or in-house recruiting and strong communication skills. Night shift alignment with US hours is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 1 year US Healthcare recruitment experience.
3+ years in US recruitment overall.
Background in RPO/agency/in-house recruitment.
Strong end-to-end experience in US healthcare recruitment.
Experience filling roles for US travel nurses/doctors/allied health.
Willing to work night shift / US hours.
Willing to work on-site in UP Technohub, QC.

Work Arrangement:

First 6 months: Fully On-Site
Next 6 months: Hybrid
Hybrid Setup: 2–3x RTO per week

Qualifications

Should be a bachelor's degree holder.
At least 1 year of solid US Healthcare Recruitment experience
3+ years of overall US Recruitment experience
Background in RPO, Agency, or In-House Recruitment.
Strong end to end experience in US Healthcare Recruitment environment.
Experience filling roles for US travel nurses, Doctors or any Allied health professionals.
Willing to work night shift / US hours
Willing to work on-site in UP Technohub, QC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
