Job summary

COMRISE Japan is seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter and Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for healthcare and non-healthcare roles in the United States. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with a focus on compliance and candidate experience.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of US recruitment experience, with initial onsite training for 6 months at UP Technohub, Quezon City, followed by a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year US Healthcare recruitment or 3 years US recruitment for Senior Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for US healthcare and non-healthcare roles.
• Source passive and active candidates using US job boards, databases and networks.
• Conduct detailed phone screens for qualifications, credentials and cultural fit.
• Coordinate client/hiring manager interviews and manage offers/onboarding.
