Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a QuickBooks Online expert to handle full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, and client management for US-based small businesses from the Philippines. You will run setup, reconciliations, monthly close, and payroll processing using Gusto, ADP, QBO Payroll, or similar tools.

The ideal candidate has hands-on QBO experience, can manage multiple clients, and shows initiative with automation and AI. Strong written English and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on QuickBooks Online expertise.
• Full-charge bookkeeping experience, including reconciliations & monthly close.
• Experience processing payroll through Gusto, ADP, QBO Payroll, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable handling multiple small-business clients simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and interested in automation & AI tools.
• Self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written English for client and internal communication.
• US bookkeeping experience, preferably in a tax or accounting firm.
• US payroll and state sales tax experience.
• California payroll/sales tax knowledge is a plus.
