Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a QuickBooks Online expert to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple small-business clients from Cebu City, Philippines. You will set up QuickBooks, automate processes, establish bank rules and a clean chart of accounts to support accurate month-end closes.

You will handle accrual accounting, intercompany payables/receivables reconciliations, and payroll across all companies, including 1099 filings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QuickBooks Online expertise for setup, bank rules, automation, and chart of accounts.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting including month-end reporting.
• Knowledge of accrual accounting and schedules for Balance Sheet accounts.
• Reconciliation of intercompany payables/receivables.
• Payroll across multiple entities and 1099 filings.
• Ability to manage multiple small-business clients simultaneously.
• Strong technical aptitude for automation and AI tools.
• Excellent organization and ability to work independently.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
