Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage journal entries, perform reconciliations, and assist in preparing financial statements. You will work night shifts and maintain accurate accounting records to support reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of end‑to‑end accounting experience including journal preparation, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries in the general ledger.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare documentation for external audits.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions when needed.
