Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians in Taguig is hiring a QA Specialist to ensure accuracy and quality in clinical operations. Responsibilities include conducting audits, creating reports, and collaborating with teams to enhance performance.

The ideal candidate must possess an active PHRN and USRN license, with at least 1-2 years of Utilization Review experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have an active PHRN and USRN license.
• 1 year of bedside experience required.
• At least 1-2 years of Utilization Review experience needed.
• Flexible to report onsite during the training period.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Management or team leader experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of information and quality of delivery.
• Perform quality audits and validate results.
• Participate in design and amendment of QA tools.
• Create QA reports and provide data to leadership.
• Use monitoring data management system for tracking.
• Work with Operations and Training teams to analyze feedback.

The responsibilities of a QA Specialist are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Responsible in ensuring accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring, auditing, reviewing, analyzing, documenting work processes that further improves clinical operations standards
• Performs quality audits, validates results and communicates recommendation among responsible departments
• Participates in design, review, and amendment of QA monitoring tools and guides.
• Creates QA reports and provides data to Quality Assurance leadership
• Uses quality monitoring data management system to track and document performances
• Works with the Operations and Training teams to analyze performance feedback and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an active PHRN and USRN license
• With 1 year bedside experience
• At least 1-2 years Utilization Review experience

• At least 2 years of recent & pertinent clinical experience
