Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have an active PHRN and USRN license.
- 1 year of bedside experience required.
- At least 1-2 years of Utilization Review experience needed.
- Flexible to report onsite during the training period.
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Management or team leader experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of information and quality of delivery.
- Perform quality audits and validate results.
- Participate in design and amendment of QA tools.
- Create QA reports and provide data to leadership.
- Use monitoring data management system for tracking.
- Work with Operations and Training teams to analyze feedback.
