The responsibilities of aQA Specialist are outlined but not limited to the following:
Monitor, audit, and review work processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards are met. Validate audit results for consistency and adherence to guidelines.
Analyze audit findings, document results, and generate QA reports to provide actionable insights. Share performance data with QA leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Participate in the design, review, and updates of QA tools, guidelines, and SOPs to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Communicate audit outcomes and recommendations to Operations and Training teams, addressing performance gaps and supporting process improvements.
Use quality monitoring systems to track and document team performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Support initiatives aimed at improving accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or a higher nursing qualification
Active and valid USRN license
At least 1 year of hospital experience
At least 1 year of Utilization Review experience
Preferred:
QA experience preferably
Expert on related clinical work experience, client techniques and processes
Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to multi-task
With good attention to details
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
