Job summary

Shearwater Health is hiring a QA Specialist to monitor, audit, and improve clinical QA processes across our home-grown patient care platforms. You will validate findings, generate reports, and support cross-functional teams to boost accuracy and service quality.

The role requires an RN with a BSN and active licenses in the US and the Philippines, plus 3–5 years of relevant healthcare experience. On-site opportunities exist at Taguig, Cebu, and Pampanga with visa sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN or higher nursing qualification.
• Active RN license in the United States and the Philippines.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical/healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit, and review processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
• Validate audit results for consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Analyze audit findings, document results, and generate QA reports for actionable insights.
• Share performance data with QA leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in design, review, and updates of QA tools, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Communicate audit outcomes and recommendations to Operations and Training teams.
