Job summary

Comrise Technology is hiring an experienced US Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for US-based positions. The role includes screening, sourcing, and coordinating offers while ensuring compliance with US standards and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Initial 3 months will be full-time onsite at UP UP Technohub, Quezon City, with a transition to a hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite) and a 6 months contract. Night shift hours apply.

Qualifications

• Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in US recruitment.
• Experience sourcing and screening for US-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for US positions across sectors.
• Source passive and active candidates via US job boards and networks.
• Conduct detailed phone screens for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers/onboarding.
