A leading recruitment firm is seeking a US Recruitment Coordinator in Pasig. The role is hybrid, requiring 1-3 years of recruitment experience and a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, assisting with sourcing candidates, and maintaining candidate records in the ATS. Strong communication skills with US stakeholders and organizational abilities are essential. The contract is for 5 months starting in February 2026, with 3x return-to-office days per week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Talent Coordinator or similar role.
• Familiarity with recruiting in an RPO or BPO environment is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Assist recruiters with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Manage job postings across job boards and internal platforms.
• Coordinate with US Account Managers and Hiring Managers.
• Ensure candidate documentation is compliant.
