Full Potential Solutions (FPS) in Manila, Philippines, seeks a US Recruiter (Project-Based) to manage end-to-end recruitment for US operations. You will source, screen, profile candidates for initial and behavioral interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule department interviews.

This role requires 6 months to 1 year of BPO recruitment experience, excellent communication in English, and a willingness to work a night shift onsite in Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or related degree.
• 6–12 months BPO recruitment end-to-end experience preferred.
• Previous BPO agents shifting careers encouraged.
• Excellent communication in both oral and written English.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Onsite work in Pasig City.

The US Recruiter (Project-Based) will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, US Sourcing and Volume Hiring. The main role of the US Recruiter will focus on US Recruitment Operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements

• Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager

• Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process

• Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner

• Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree

• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center setting is preferred

• Previous BPO Agents looking to shift careers are encouraged to apply

• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule

• Must be amenable to work onsite in Pasig City
