The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of recruitment experience, plus strong sourcing and interviewing skills and experience with ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience using ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and US hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Prepare candidate submissions and interview feedback.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide recruitment updates and pipeline reports.
• Participate in client calls and recruitment meetings.
