Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to support recruitment for healthcare roles. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, source and screen nurses and allied health professionals, and conduct interviews while maintaining ATS records.

The role requires onsite work in Quezon City with a hybrid arrangement after six months (3x onsite). You will collaborate with hiring managers and meet recruitment metrics for timely updates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience.
• 1–2 years hiring nurses or clinical professionals.
• Experience coordinating interviews across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer and onboarding handoff.
• Source and screen nurses and allied healthcare professionals.
• Conduct phone/video interviews and assess clinical qualifications, licensure, and credentials.
• Coordinate interviews across US time zones.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide recruitment market insights.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with client requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
