Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a US Recruiter to support recruitment for US-based clients. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US roles, source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search, and coordinate interviews.

The role requires strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and excellent communication, with willingness to work the night shift and onsite at UP Ayala TechnoHub in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 6 months of US recruitment experience.
• Experience in agency, staffing, BPO, or corporate recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US roles.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring activities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring teams to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
