Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Recruiter to handle end‑to‑end recruitment for US roles in Manila-area offices. The role requires night shift alignment with US business hours and onsite work at UP Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City, with a hybrid arrangement after six months.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of recruitment experience, plus strong sourcing and interviewing skills and experience with ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
