enablesGROUP seeks a skilled Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter to join a growing team. You will own a market desk, build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, and partner with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strategic, specialist recruitment across permanent, freelance, and contract placements, with a focus on high-quality outcomes and market intelligence. Remote US-hours flexibility is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within a specialist or niche market.
• Experience with Loxo and similar ATS/CRM.
• A strong track record of winning and/or filling vacancies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative approach to clients and candidates.
• Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Strong business development and networking ability.
• The ability to work at pace without compromising quality.
• Excellent organisation and follow-up skills.
• A genuine interest in understanding your market and becoming a subject-matter expert.
• A resilient, entrepreneurial and self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a specialist recruitment desk within one or more of our core markets.
• Build strong relationships with CEOs, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition teams and senior decision-makers.
• Generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking and market knowledge.
• Take detailed and consultative job briefings from clients.
• Identify, attract and qualify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, databases, networking and direct approaches.
• Build and maintain a strong specialist candidate network.
• Present candidates professionally with detailed and relevant introductions.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial approach through interview, offer and placement.
• Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment advice to clients.
• Develop long‑term relationships rather than transactional placements.
• Work across permanent, freelance and contract recruitment where appropriate.
