Job summary

AMTEC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced US Legal Recruiter based in the Philippines to support US staffing operations. The ideal candidate will recruit for US legal positions, including contract and permanent roles, and liaise with US-based recruiters and account managers.

You will source, screen, and present qualified lawyers and paralegals, conduct initial interviews, maintain a candidate pipeline in the ATS/CRM, and work US hours from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting the US market.
• Direct experience recruiting for US legal positions is strongly preferred.
• Experience sourcing Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, or other legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified legal professionals for US-based positions.
• Recruit for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, legal secretaries, and other legal roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, practice area, location, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to the recruiting/client team.
• Maintain an active pipeline of legal candidates and accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
• Work closely with US-based recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements.
• Meet recruiting activity, submission, interview, and placement targets.

• Recruit for roles including Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Litigation Support, Legal Case Managers, Compliance Professionals, and Contract Administrators.

• Strong understanding of US recruiting practices and candidate sourcing methods.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Ability to understand detailed job descriptions and identify qualified candidates.
• Willingness to work US hours / night shift from the Philippines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with US-based teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate understands the US legal staffing market and has direct experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, or other legal professionals. Candidates with experience in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements will be highly preferred.
