Job summary

Proselect Inc is seeking a seasoned recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based roles from our Manila office. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely staffing fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, a bachelor's degree in HR or Psychology, and the ability to source and assess candidates for healthcare-related positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding support.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and global stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers in compliance with policies.
