Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an offshore role based in Pasay.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, screen candidates, coordinate with US teams, and build a diverse pipeline while aligning with Stefanini's recruiting ethics and client needs. The role requires at least 1+ year US recruiting experience, familiarity with MSP/VMS and ATS tools, and willingness to work night shifts in a fully on-site environment from Day 1 at the iMET BPO location in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human resources or business-related field (preferred but not required)
• 1+ years of US recruiting experience required
• Technical recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with MSP/VMS systems preferred
• Experience with ATS and internet-based sourcing tools
• Understanding of Boolean search language and its application to internet/database searches
• Ability to develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to be trained in the US market, culture, and geography
• Must be in good health and available for night shifts
• On-site working environment from Day 1
• Office located at iMET BPO, Pasay City, NCR, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment from opening to closing
• Provide recruiting expertise to support client needs
• Utilize proactive recruiting techniques and industry contacts
• Conduct phone screens to assess interest, qualifications, and salary
• Prepare documentation and maintain tracking systems
• Coordinate with US counterparts to understand job requirements
• Generate and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline
• Coach candidates for interviews
• Negotiate offers to meet target margins
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS
• Market Stefanini's recruiting ethics and values
• Ensure compliance with rules and processes
• Stay updated on recruiting trends
