Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment. You will source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events, screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will build a robust pipeline for current and future needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, strong sourcing skills, familiarity with ATS, and

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience handling high-volume hiring and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring volume.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and recruitment best practices.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top hospitality talent.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment activities, and industry networking events.
• Promote open positions through various sourcing and marketing channels.

Qualifications
