Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking a US Payroll Specialist to process accurate and timely payroll for US-based employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will manage payroll transactions, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and employee records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of US payroll experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and familiarity with ADP, Workday, UKG, Paychex, SAP Payroll, or Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience processing US payroll.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, and tax requirements.
• Experience with multi-state payroll is highly preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, UKG, Paycom, Paychex, Ceridian Dayforce, SAP Payroll, or Oracle HCM.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or weekly US payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review timesheets, attendance, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and adjustments.
• Ensure payroll calculations comply with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Process hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, and status changes.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.
• Coordinate payroll tax filings and ensure timely payments.
