Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Payroll Officer or Payroll Administrator role.
• Experience processing payroll in a medium to large organisation.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, processes, and controls.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience supporting Philippine payroll processing and knowledge of Philippine payroll and statutory requirements.
• Australian payroll experience is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process the Philippine payroll cycle in accordance with payroll schedules.
• Handle payroll transactions including starters, terminations, salary changes, allowances, deductions, leave, and adjustments.
• Calculate and process SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG/HDMF, withholding tax and other statutory requirements.
• Review data for accuracy and compliance before finalisation; assist with reconciliations.
• Support payroll documentation, records, reporting, and analysis.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies; assist audits and compliance.
