Job summary

eClerx Philippines is seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a leading US healthcare organization. You will manage end-to-end US payroll, including inputs, validation, calculation, and finalization, in a high-volume multi-state environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on experience, with strong knowledge of California and Washington payroll, W-2 processing, and year-end activities. Onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa for 2-3 months, then remote work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end US Payroll experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume, multi-state US Payroll (15,000–20,000 employees preferred).
• Strong knowledge of California and Washington payroll rules.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end US payroll inputs, validation, calculation, reconciliation and finalization.
• Support high-volume, multi-state payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review earnings, deductions, taxes, adjustments, timekeeping inputs and pay results for accuracy.
• Perform payroll reconciliation, variance analysis, audits and post-payroll validation.
