Job summary

Servi-Tek Facility Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll, benefits, and leaves from a work-from-home setup in the Philippines. You will ensure timely, accurate processing using timekeeping systems and related tools, with responsibilities spanning data accuracy, reports, and SOP updates.

Collaboration with management and the accounting team is essential. The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting-related fields and 1–4 years of payroll experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–4 years of payroll, timekeeping, or accounting support experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking is a plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other payroll software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll, benefits, and leaves for all employees.
• Run daily, weekly, and semi-monthly payroll variance reports.
• Ensure timekeeping and attendance data are accurate.
• Prepare semi-monthly pre-payroll activities.
• Process payroll twice a month and review transactions.
• Analyze payroll issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Create and update SOPs for assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with accounting and management as needed.
