Job summary

Relay Human Cloud is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support an international client and manage payroll for a large workforce. You will ensure accurate processing, timely deliveries, and strong data integrity while handling confidential information.

You’ll collaborate with HR and Finance, resolve payroll queries, and look for process improvements. A degree in a related field and solid Excel/payroll system skills are required. Night-friendly shifts may apply based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, business or related field.
• Proven payroll processing and administration experience, preferably for ~500 employees.
• Strong payroll calculations, timekeeping, deductions and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems, with good numerical accuracy.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure the confidentiality of employee information.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Follow established payroll procedures and applicable compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.
