Job summary

iScale Solutions is seeking a remote PH Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple client companies from the Philippines. You will handle 13th month pay, year-end processing, and statutory contributions, while ensuring accurate BIR filings and year-end reports.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PH payroll, deep knowledge of local labor and tax rules, and experience with payroll software like Odoo. Singapore payroll exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on PH payroll experience.
• Strong command of PH labor and tax rules for payroll.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and payroll/HRIS systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Clear communicator, able to explain 'why' a number is what it is.
• Experience at a payroll software company is a plus.
• Singapore payroll experience is a plus.

• Prepare BIR filings and year-end reports (alphalist, 2316).
• Validate payroll results produced by the system and investigate discrepancies.
• Work with our developers: explain payroll rules clearly, test new features, and check calculations before release.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on PH payroll experience.
• Strong command of PH labor and tax rules for payroll.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and payroll/HRIS systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Clear communicator, able to explain "why" a number is what it is.
• Experience at a payroll software company (implementation, support, or payroll operations) is a plus.
• Singapore payroll experience (CPF, SDL) is a plus.
