LennorHive is seeking a US Payroll Administrator to join our Philippines-based team. This on-site Taguig role is employed through LennorHive EOR and supports multiple clients with US payroll processing, multi-state compliance, and accurate record-keeping.

Night shift schedule, remote setup from the Philippines, and full-time employment are offered with competitive benefits. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on U.S. payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple clients preferred.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• PEO or payroll service bureau experience is a plus.
• Must have a reliable personal computer and work equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely U.S. payroll for multiple clients.
• Review inputs, identify discrepancies, and correct as needed.
• Manage employee payroll changes (new hires, terminations, adjustments).
• Handle off-cycle payments and adjustments as needed.
• Respond to payroll inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Support multi-state, quarterly, and year-end payroll activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Tax, Benefits, Accounting to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
