Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on U.S. payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple clients preferred.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• PEO or payroll service bureau experience is a plus.
• Must have a reliable personal computer and work equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely U.S. payroll for multiple clients.
• Review inputs, identify discrepancies, and correct as needed.
• Manage employee payroll changes (new hires, terminations, adjustments).
• Handle off-cycle payments and adjustments as needed.
• Respond to payroll inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Support multi-state, quarterly, and year-end payroll activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Tax, Benefits, Accounting to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

About The Role

We are looking for a US Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. This position will be employed through LennorHive EOR and assigned to support one of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely U.S. payroll for multiple clients across various pay cycles.
• Review payroll inputs, identify discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
• Manage employee payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits.
• Handle payroll adjustments, reversals, voids, and off-cycle payments as needed.
• Respond to client and employee payroll inquiries and provide timely resolution.
• Maintain complete and accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Support multi-state, quarterly, and year-end payroll activities.
• Partner with HR, Tax, Benefits, and Accounting teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
