Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for client accounts outside the Philippines. You will own delivery across the recruitment lifecycle, from qualification through candidate generation, onboarding, and final placement.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder collaboration, market insights, and proactive talent pipelining to meet client deadlines and expectations.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.
• Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders across the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements qualifications with the OpCo point of contact to understand role needs and offerings.
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to inform hiring decisions.
• Maintain partnership with OpCo contact to align on ideal candidate profile and prioritization.
• Own assigned requirements and adjust sourcing strategy to meet evolving talent needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet specified timelines.
• Pipeline talent and create pre-qualified talent pools aligned with OpCo requirements.
